Careers with Advancing Analytics
Who We Are
We’re a team of data & AI specialists who help organisations make better use of their data.
Our work spans data engineering, analytics, and AI - from shaping strategy to building and improving the systems that support it.
We’re proud to be an Elite Databricks Partner and a Microsoft Data & AI Partner, supported by a team of certified experts and real problem-solvers. But titles aren’t the point. How we work together is.

What we stand for
-
Always learning, always improving
We challenge the status quo and invest time in research, development, and sharing what we learn. You’ll be encouraged to give feedback, shape how we work, and keep improving the tools and approaches we use - not just follow a playbook.
-
Come as you are
You don’t need to fit a mould here. We understand that everyone has different backgrounds, circumstances, and ways of working - and we see that as a strength, not a problem to solve.
-
Zero burnout
We’ve seen what happens when teams are pushed too hard, and we don’t want to repeat it. Time off between projects, company away days, and support for health and wellbeing are built into how we work. When we say zero burnout, we mean it.
Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging
Diversity, inclusion, and belonging aren’t box-ticking exercises for us. We want people to feel comfortable being themselves, sharing ideas, and speaking openly - without pressure to conform.
That’s supported by our DIBs Core Team and dedicated networks across the business, covering areas like Women, LGBT+, Neurodiversity, Mental Health, and more. These groups are optional, confidential, and exist to make sure DIBs stays visible even when project work gets busy.
Remote-first, People-first
Remote-first lets us hire great people wherever they’re based.
It cuts out long commutes and gives you more time for the things that matter - whether that’s school runs, training for a race, or easing into the day with a decent coffee.
It also means more focus. Less noise. More time doing good work with clients.
Remote doesn’t mean disconnected, though. We’re deliberate about staying close as a team.
Meeting in person
We get together throughout the year to align on where the company’s heading and spend time as a team.
From country manors and Centre Parcs to escape rooms and charity bike builds, these days are about connection - not just presentations.
We also run and attend events across the year, including our Advancing Innovation conference, as a way to learn, share, and stay connected to the wider data community.
Benefits & perks
We’ve put a lot of thought into how we support our people - from time off and flexibility to learning, wellbeing, and the little things that make work better day to day.
If you want the full breakdown, you’ll find it all in one place.
Our interview process
Getting to know you
A 30-minute chat with our People team. It’s informal, two-way, and about understanding what you’re looking for - and whether we’re a good fit for each other.
Technical competency
A conversation with two team members about your past work, decisions you’ve made, and how you approach problems.
Offer & onboarding
If it’s a match, we’ll move quickly. You’ll get a clear offer, plenty of time to ask questions, and a structured onboarding to help you settle in and get up to speed without being thrown in at the deep end.
