Who Are We?
Advancing Analytics are a market leader in delivering bleeding edge analytical solutions for customers all over the world. To thrive in today's market, businesses need to implement AI and Analytics built on a solid, reliable Data Platform, and we are looking for you to help us build it!
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who brings strong commercial thinking, thrives in ambiguity, and excels when the playbook is evolving. You’ll be able to partner with senior client stakeholders as a trusted advisor, be comfortable challenging both engineers and executives when needed and you’ll enjoy shaping new ways of working rather than inheriting rigid ones.
You’re likely to be a Senior PM, Programme Manager, or Delivery Lead within data or technology consulting, motivated by impact and influence, and frustrated by slow, bureaucratic delivery models.
Beyond technical capability, you’ll bring honesty, empathy, and a genuine passion for data. You believe in sharing knowledge widely both internally and with the broader data community.
Required Tools and Technologies:
Experience working in a consultancy or client-facing environments
Proven ability to manage multi-stream initiatives with senior stakeholders
Strong commercial awareness (scope control, risk framing)
Experience delivering cloud, data or analytics platforms
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub projects or similar, to develop and manage a backlog.
Other experience we like, but isn’t essential:
Familiarity with modern data platforms, including Databricks or Azure.
Exposure to AI-assisted engineering or automation delivery
Understanding of Data Lakehouse architecture and implementation patterns
Skills and Approaches:
Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile or Scrum.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to help customers and team members prioritise workloads, so that they maximise delivery value.
Facilitation of scrum ceremonies, such as Sprint Planning, Playbacks, and Stand-ups so that communication is open between stakeholders and the delivery team
Identifies and mitigates risk quickly and clearly, while working with the team to overcome blockers.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback and implementing lessons learned.
What will it be like to work for Advancing Analytics?
In this role, you’ll lead multiple high‑impact data programmes, introduce outcome‑based tracking frameworks, and help evolve our internal delivery model for AI‑accelerated builds. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while also shaping how we package and position our delivery capability commercially.
We are a small company and encourage everyone to have a voice within our collaborative and inclusive team from day one.
As a consultancy with strong partnerships across Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, Sigma, Tabular Editor and dbt Labs, you’ll get hands-on access to some of the most exciting technology and learning opportunities in the industry. We know this market moves quickly, so we invest in our people for the long term, giving you the space to build real expertise, keep developing, and stay ahead of what’s next.
We’re also genuinely active in the wider data and AI community. That means speaking at events, sponsoring major industry moments like Big Data London, and showing up at some of the biggest stages in the space, including Databricks Data+AI Summit, Data+AI World Tour, and the Global AI AgentCon London.
We encourage our team to get involved in the community, whether that’s in the form of a personal blog or an initiative you are passionate about advocating, we will support you!
Aside from offering a competitive salary, we have a great set of benefits and perks including, but not limited to:
Industry matching Maternity & Paternity policy 🐣
Private Medical & Dental Care plus Eye care schemes 👁️
Health & Well-being fund 🩺
25 Days Annual Leave, Birthday Leave & Charity Leave 🌴
