Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to support the roll out and maintenance of a large, federated, multi-service Data and AI platform. This role will focus on building secure, scalable, and cost-optimised cloud infrastructure, implementing governance, and enabling advanced data services.

Skills / Approaches:

• Proven experience with Terraform for Azure infrastructure as code.
• Strong knowledge of GitHub Actions and general CI/CD principles.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Private Link and Private Link Service.
• Expertise in Databricks and Unity Catalog for data governance.
• Solid understanding of Azure Policy and compliance enforcement.
• Strong background in identity and access management, including OAuth and  federated credentials.
• Deep understanding of Azure security best practices, including Defense in Depth, BCDR, and high availability.
• Experience with Azure cost management and optimization strategies.
