Who Are We?
Advancing Analytics are a market leader in delivering pioneering analytical solutions for customers all over the world. To thrive in today's market, businesses need to implement AI built on a solid, reliable Data Platform, and we are looking for you to help us build it!
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to accelerate revenue and pipeline growth. You will own the strategy and execution of demand-generation campaigns, build account-based programmes and spearhead collaborations with Databricks and other key partners. You’ll turn market signals into bold campaigns, work cross-functionally with Sales, BDRs and Delivery, and stay plugged into Databricks’ roadmap to ensure we’re always on the pulse of what’s next. This role is an individual contributor position with high impact and influence.
What will you do?
Run integrated campaigns – Plan and execute audience-led, multi-channel programmes that build pipeline and drive revenue. Design and deliver acquisition, nurture and reactivation plays to engage and convert target audiences, use data-driven insights to optimise performance, and own KPIs, tracking and reporting.
Lead partner & joint GTM programmes – Own Databricks-aligned joint marketing and GTM plans, from managing Marketing Development Funds (MDF) to designing co-branded campaigns and co-sell plays. Collaborate closely with Databricks, Microsoft, AWS and other partners to ensure all initiatives deliver clear ROI and align with current platform priorities and shared goals.
Drive account-based marketing – Build and execute named-account strategies with Sales and BDR colleagues. Tailor messaging and content for specific buying groups, align timed outreach to sales cycles and continually refine your approach based on insights.
Keep teams aligned & fired up – Orchestrate growth, sales and delivery colleagues through campaign kick-offs, regular stand-ups and clear communications. Maintain an always-on pipeline cadence, and champion collaborative, impactful marketing through ongoing iteration and shared success metrics.
Champion market expansion – Optionally, support US go-to-market efforts; adapt campaigns for regional audiences and ensure local resonance. US market experience is beneficial but not essential.
What You'll Bring
We’re not hung up on specific degrees or a certain number of years; we're looking for your ability to deliver outcomes.
Commercial B2B marketing experience where you have owned campaigns with measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
Strong grasp of demand-generation mechanics: targeting, segmentation, offers, conversion paths, nurture and optimisation.
Proven ability to work hand-in-glove with Sales and BDR teams, building joint plans and agreeing what “good” looks like.
Partner-led marketing prowess: experience planning and executing co-marketing, co-sell or alliances motions; ability to manage MDF investments and measure ROI.
Confidence using HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools, with a data-driven mindset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including translating technical Data & AI topics into buyer-relevant value.
Mindset: a proactive, high-energy approach suited to a fast-moving environment; willingness to iterate quickly and continually learn.
Databricks or equivalent Data & AI experience is required, with additional experience in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services considered a strong advantage. You understand the Data & AI ecosystem and can align marketing to its roadmap and partner priorities.
(Nice-to-have) Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, ABM in enterprise accounts, or US-go-to-market exposure.
